PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING KHALIFA TOURS'S SERVICES.
BY USING OUR WEBSITE, ENGAGING OUR SERVICES, OR SUBMITTING YOUR PASSPORT(S), APPLICATION(S), AND OTHER DOCUMENT(S) TO KHALIFA TOURS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN FULL.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by KHALIFA TOURS in or from the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. From time to time, KHALIFA TOURS may amend these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
1. Refund Policy
• If cancellation is requested before ${companyName} has received your passport or supporting documents, a full refund will be issued, less any applicable bank or handling charges.
• If your documents have already been received by KHALIFA TOURS at the time of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
• If KHALIFA TOURS has already provided consultation, guidance on requirements, or application forms prior to cancellation, an administrative charge of 50% of the service fee will be retained.
• All bank charges and payment handling fees incurred in connection with an order are non-refundable upon cancellation.
• Refunds cannot be processed for credit card payments older than three (3) months under any circumstances. In such cases, a store credit may be issued for use against future applications submitted through ${companyName}.
• Store credits are not transferable and cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or directly to any consulate or embassy.
Cancellations may be initiated by contacting our service team directly or via the cancellation function within your client account.

In compliance with the banking laws and international sanctions regulations applicable in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia — including those aligned with OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and the UN Security Council — KHALIFA TOURS is unable to provide services related to the following jurisdictions:
• Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo
• Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia (former regime of Charles Taylor)
• Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan (including South Sudan where applicable)
• Syria, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Zimbabwe
This list is subject to change in accordance with updates from the relevant regulatory authorities. KHALIFA TOURS shall not be required to provide reasons for declining services linked to sanctioned parties or jurisdictions.
