These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by KHALIFA TOURS in or from the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. From time to time, KHALIFA TOURS may amend these Terms & Conditions. \n\t\t\t\t\tClients who wish to cancel a service may apply for a refund subject to the following conditions:<\/p>


\n\u2022\tIf cancellation is requested before ${companyName} has received your passport or supporting documents, a full refund will be issued, less any applicable bank or handling charges.
\n\u2022\tIf your documents have already been received by KHALIFA TOURS at the time of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
\n\u2022\tIf KHALIFA TOURS has already provided consultation, guidance on requirements, or application forms prior to cancellation, an administrative charge of 50% of the service fee will be retained.
\n\u2022\tAll bank charges and payment handling fees incurred in connection with an order are non-refundable upon cancellation.
\n\u2022\tRefunds cannot be processed for credit card payments older than three (3) months under any circumstances. In such cases, a store credit may be issued for use against future applications submitted through ${companyName}.
\n\u2022\tStore credits are not transferable and cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or directly to any consulate or embassy.

Processing time is calculated from the next business day following confirmed receipt of all documents by KHALIFA TOURS. KHALIFA TOURS operates in accordance with the official working weeks of the UAE (Monday to Friday), Qatar (Monday to Friday), and Saudi Arabia (Monday to Friday), as well as the respective public holiday calendars.\nConsulates and government authorities may request additional documentation, suspend processing, or refuse applications at their discretion and without providing reasons. KHALIFA TOURS shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, financial losses, or other consequences resulting from delays or refusals by these authorities.
